• The Gujarati have a reputation for being South Asia's greatest merchants and have led the way in international expansion, with significant trading communities all over the world. Pray that they might become a great missionary people as the spirit of Christ transforms their lives.
• A major sub-group of the Gujarati are the Kunbi community, many of which are wealthy landowners and landlords. Pray that God might use their influence in society to transform the nation with the gospel.
• One third of the Indian diaspora is made up of Gujaratis. Over 100,000 from the Patel caste dominate the hotel industry in the United States. Pray that believers in these lands might share their faith with Gujaratis and intentional plant churches among them.
