Description: The Dogra are the northernmost Hindu ethnicity in India. Their language is part of the Pahari cluster of the Himalayan region, with significant influence from Panjabi. A third of the Dogra converted to Islam and live primarily in Pakistan.

Today, they constitute a good part of the military force that defends this region from Pakistani invasion. • The homeland of the Dogras is filled with Hindu temples and shrines throughout the foothills of the Himalayas. Tourists and pilgrims from all over the world come here in pursuit of spiritual enlightenment. Pray that many Christians would share their faith in this beautiful land and that one day the Himalayan regions might resound with the high praises of God.
• High caste Rajputs and Brahmins make up the majority of the Dogra population. Pray for that gospel workers would have supernatural grace and open doors to impact these influential groups with the truth.
