Description: The Saudi Bedouins are composed of many ancient Arab tribes who continue a nomadic way of life that their ancestors have followed for millennia. Generally speaking there is a distinction between those tribes that raise sheep and goats and those who herd camels.
Prayer Points:
• The Saudi Bedouin lifestyle has been greatly affected by urbanization. Women in particular have had to work harder with their husband's spending more time in the cities. Pray the mercy of the Father over Bedouin women that their hearts may become open to His salvation in Christ.
• Many tourists visiting Saudi Arabia are welcomed by the Bedouins to stay among them. Pray that believers might make intentional efforts to visit them by this means and demonstrate the love of Jesus in their midst.
• Though Bedouins live in tents in isolated areas, most have access to satellite TV. Pray that many would be drawn to evangelistic programming in Arabic, and for the production of specialized programs that relate to their needs.
